It is our pleasure to announce the listing of Theta Legends XL Fund on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam per 1 March 2011. Theta Legends XL Fund is the first Dutch fund of hedge funds with a listing on the stock exchange. This fund will be the sister fund of Theta Legends Fund, which was launched on 1 February 2010 and which generated a return of +11.3% in its first year of trading.
This listing offers investors, next to the regular monthly redemption feature, the option to trade shares in Theta Legends XL Fund on a daily basis against a limited bid-offer spread. The fund will provide investors with fully transparent access to a portfolio of legendary investment managers with better liquidity than usual.
The prospectus of Theta Legends XL Fund has been approved by the AFM and is made generally available to the public through this website. Furthermore, a copy of the prospectus can be obtained free of charge at the address of the fund manager.
